We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in After school care, This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and the drive to manage and support the development of young children in a nurturing environment.
Duties
Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in an Out of school care setting.
Develop and implement engaging activities.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive environment.
Manage daily routines, ensuring that children's needs are met in a timely and caring manner.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment for children to play .
Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the well-being of all children.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or Out of school care setting is essential.
A background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's experiences.
A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to fostering the growth of young minds.
