Overview:
I am seeking a caring and responsible individual to join me as a childminder nursery assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with children in a nurturing and creative environment. Experience in childcare is essential.

Duties:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children under our care.
- Prepare meals and snacks for children.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for activities.
- Assist with educational activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily updates on their child's well-being

- Be enthusiastic and engaging with the children and be passionate about helping children develop.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in childcare is preferred.
- Ability to speak English fluently, any additional languages are a bonus.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with children.
- Ability to educate and entertain children in a constructive manner.

The successful candidate will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check which will be provided should you be successful. You will also be required to complete a paediatric first aid course and complete training on safeguarding. The above will need to be completed before September and the first aid course will require you to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
