to lead our 'GOOD' rated, 3-bedded residential care home. This is a fantastic chance to join a growing service supporting children and young people withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
and challenging behaviours. You'll grow and develop with us!Your Role:
As the Children's Home Manager in Liverpool, you'll oversee daily operations and strategic direction. Your key responsibilities include:
Manage
a 3-bedded home for young people with EBD.Lead, recruit, and develop
the staff team.Manage
the home's budget.Collaborate
with the Registered Individual (RI) for effective operation.Ensure OFSTED compliance
and maintain our 'GOOD' rating.What We Offer:

Essential Qualification:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
