Are you an experienced leader ready to
open and lead a brand-new, solo children's home in Bolton
? We're looking for a passionate manager to support young people withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
and challenging behaviors.This is a unique chance to build a strong team and a positive home from the ground up, making a real difference in young lives.
Your Role
As the Children's Home Manager, you'll be key in starting and running this new therapeutic home. You will:
Set up and lead
the new Bolton home (from referrals to OFSTED).Create and use care strategies
tailored to each young person.Hire, lead, and mentor
a dedicated staff team.Manage referrals, budgets, and resources
effectively.Work with families and professionals
for full support.What We Need
Experience:
ProvenRegistered Manager experience
in UK children's residential homes.Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
.Driving:
Avalid UK Driving Licence
.What We Offer
Great Salary:
Up to60,000 per year
(up to62,000 package
