Job Opportunity: Registered Children's Home Manager / Experienced Deputy Manager

Location: Bradford
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Salary will start once registration has been successful + 4000 welcome bonus upon registration completion- full amount- tax free :)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent- with flexibility of working from home.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational running of a children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. If coming from a Deputy role, you'll be fully supported in registering with Ofsted and transitioning into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding care and outcomes Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements Promote a child-centred approach, empowering young people to thrive Work closely with external professionals, families, and agencies Drive continuous improvement and development of the home
About You:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards it/willing to work towards it) Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting At least 1 year as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and safeguarding practices Resilient, compassionate, and motivated to make a lasting impact
