Children's Home Manager - Leicester
Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you'll be pivotal in shaping the therapeutic foundation of this new home. You'll:
Implement
a robust therapeutic model for the home.Create
personalized therapeutic care plans for each young person.Recruit and lead
a skilled local staff team.Manage resources
effectively to support specialist training and interventions.Build strong relationships
with local therapeutic services and resources.Ensure
consistentOFSTED compliance
and deliver high-quality therapeutic care.What You'll Bring
Experience:
ProvenRegistered Manager experience
within UK children's residential settings, with a strong preference for expertise in therapeutic work with young people with EBD.Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or equivalent).Understanding:
A deep understanding of therapeutic approaches for young people with EBD.Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Driving:
Avalid UK Driving Licence
