We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home. Duties
Supervise and lead a team of support workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each child.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in a childrens home .
Conduct regular assessments of childrens' health and wellbeing, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in caring for children.
Maintain effective communication with childrens, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Manage daily operations including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a leadership role within a childrens home setting is essential.
Strong background in a childrens home care practices with an emphasis on senior care is preferred.
Proven ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A Level 5 qualification or relevant certification required
