Kennores Supported Living is expanding into children's residential care, and we are looking for an experienced, passionate, and ambitious Registered Manager to lead our brand new 3-bed EBD home.

The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operation, development, and regulatory compliance of the home, ensuring the young people we support receive the highest standard of care and opportunities to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Register the home with Ofsted and lead on inspections
Build and manage your own team from the ground up
Ensure a nurturing, therapeutic, and child-centred approach throughout
Promote positive outcomes and ensure each child's individual care plan is implemented and reviewed regularly
Lead on safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management
Develop strong links with local authorities, schools, health services, and families
Drive the service towards achieving 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or deputy management role within a children's residential setting
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and behaviour management strategies
Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable young people
