Registered Manager
to lead the establishment of a brand-new, 3-bedded therapeutic children's home inLeicester
.This is your chance to create a safe, nurturing environment where young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) can truly thrive. You'll have the autonomy to implement evidence-based therapeutic practices and build a dedicated team.
Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you'll be pivotal in shaping the therapeutic foundation of this new home. You will:
Implement a therapeutic model. Create personalized therapeutic care plans. Recruit and lead a local staff team. Manage resources for specialist training. Build relationships with local services. Ensure
OFSTED compliance
and high-quality care.What You'll Bring
Experience:
ProvenRegistered Manager
experience in UK children's residential settings (EBD/Therapeutic focus preferred).Qualification:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or equivalent).Understanding:
Deep understanding of therapeutic approaches for young people with EBD.Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.Driving:
A validUK Driving Licence
is essential.What We Offer
