Children's Home Manager - Nottingham (Up to 58,000)
Are you an
experienced Registered Manager
passionate about therapeutic care? Lead the launch of anew 3-bed therapeutic children's home in Nottingham
for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).Your Impact
You'll establish our therapeutic model, create personalized care plans, and
lead a skilled team
. You'll also manage resources, build local partnerships, and ensureOFSTED compliance
for high-quality care.What You'll Need
Proven Registered Manager experience
in UK children's residential settings, with EBD therapeutic expertise preferred.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or equivalent). Strong understanding of EBD therapeutic approaches. Excellent leadership and communication skills.Valid UK Driving Licence.
