As the Children's Home Manager in Liverpool, you'll oversee daily operations and strategic direction. Your key responsibilities include:
Managing
a 3-bedded home for young people with EBD.Leading, recruiting, and developing
the staff team.Managing
the home's budget.Collaborating
with the Responsible Individual (RI) for effective operation.Ensuring OFSTED compliance
and maintaining our 'GOOD' rating.What We Offer
