to lead and inspire our team.Your Role:
As our Children's Home Manager, you'll be key in ensuring our home offers strong therapeutic care. You'll lead by example, guiding your team to provide excellent, person-centred support that truly meets each young person's needs.
Here's what you'll do:
Create and implement therapeutic care plans. Lead and train the staff team. Manage budget and resources. Maintain OFSTED compliance and records.
What You'll Bring
Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or similar).Experience:
Strong experience as aDeputy Manager or Registered Manager
in a children's home, especially with therapeutic care.Driving:
Avalid UK Driving Licence
is a must.What We Offer
