We're Hiring: Ofsted Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

45,000 - 55,000 per annum

HLTH Group is partnering with a trusted client to recruit a passionate Registered Manager for an exciting new service launching in Romford, Essex. This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new home from the ground up and create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will lead the development of a safe, supportive, and empowering setting for children. You will manage a committed team providing outstanding care, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and championing the wellbeing and personal growth of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Ofsted registration process and maintain full regulatory compliance

Develop and maintain health & safety, safeguarding, and child protection procedures prioritizing children's welfare

Recruit, train, and lead a skilled and compassionate team

Work closely with social workers, therapists, and education professionals to deliver tailored care plans

Monitor service quality, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement

Build strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, and healthcare providers to support holistic care

Contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of services across the Northwest

About You:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years' management experience in a Children's Residential setting within the last 5 years.

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance requirements

Experience in commissioning or start-up services is highly desirable although not essential.
