The Registered Manager is directly accountable to the Director and to OFSTED. In this role you will be leading a care team of one Deputy Manager to start with the potential for expansion and growth which would have a direct positive impact on your bonuses. You will be working closely with the Directors to achieve high standards of care, with regular meetings to ensure all are working towards the same goal.

The role will develop as the company continues to grow, being responsible for other projects with in your remit. in the early stages the directors and Registered manager will be responsible for all aspects of the business. all directors have expertise in each of the following areas: senior management and directorship, Project management, training Management, Quality control, recruitment, accounting and Care, all together making a strong team to assist the registered manager in all areas.
