Registered Manager: Make a Big Difference for One Young Person in Worsley (Up to 80k Package)
Are you an
experienced Registered Manager
ready to create a truly special home forone young person with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Autism in Worsley
?This is a unique chance to set up and manage a brand-new, solo therapeutic children's home. Your leadership will build a supportive and empowering environment designed just for them.
Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you'll guide every part of this young person's journey. You'll:
Lead home setup
andOFSTED registration
from inception.Develop personalized care plans
tailored to their unique needs.Hire and guide a specialist team
dedicated to their support.Ensure safety and therapeutic care standards
are consistently met.Manage budgets
and daily operations effectively.What We Need
Leadership Qualification:
ALevel 5 in Leadership and Management.
Experience:
ProvenDeputy or Registered Manager experience
in a children's residential setting, especially with LD and Autism.Driving:
Avalid Driving Licence
is essential.Your Great Package in Worsley
Good Salary:
Up to70,000 basic.
Moving Help:
A5,000
relocation package or starting bonus.Share in Success:
You can join our profit-share scheme.Permanent Job:
