We are looking for an enthusiastic Party Host to join our fast paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for guests during parties.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout the event. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the party, including setup, activities/ party games, and clean-up. Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly. Organise party games and activities that align with the theme of the party, ensuring a fun atmosphere. Work confidently with other staff. Maintain a clean and organised environment before, during, and after events. Provide feedback to management on guest experiences. During the parties you maybe required to work over in our restaurant whilst the children are playing. (Barista and till training will be provided)

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Confident and bubbly personality is a must. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage effectively with guests. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
