Regional Manager / Responsible Individual
. You'll lead a portfolio ofsix residential care homes
specializing in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviors.Your Role
As a key leader, you'll ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence across our homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing
six children's homes located across Manchester and Greater Manchester.Line managing
the Registered Managers at each home, providing guidance and support. Ensuring all homes consistently meetOFSTED and company standards
.Leading recruitment
for senior management roles within your region.Collaborating with HR
on strategic staff management initiatives. Enjoyingautonomy
to effectively manage your own schedule and regional operations.Contract Details
Full-time, permanent
position.Salary:
Up to75,000
per annum.Performance Bonuses:
Up to20,000
per annum.Loyalty program
available for management staff.What You'll Bring
NVQ Level 5
in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.2+ years of experience
as a Responsible Individual (RI). Avalid UK Driving Licence
