Our loyal and dedicated Chiropractic Assistant Amy is leaving us to expand her dog walking business.
Amy has been with PureChiro Clinic since 2018 and we are going to miss her warmth, gentle and friendly personality very much.
Amy's departure, however, does open a wonderful job opportunity for someone new to join our small, enthusiastic and supportive team.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team. Our successful candidate would be the first and last point of contact for patients, truly being the 'face of our clinic'.

Job responsibilities:
Organise appointments using computer software
Communicate/engage with patients, face to face, by telephone and via email, in a calm and helpful manner
Demonstrate competence on digital illustration software
Sustain filing systems, both physical and digital
Update social media campaigns using Facebook, Instagram, Google+ etc. and support the roll out of marketing campaigns
Process and document all forms of payments. Update accounts information
Analyse statistics
Support spinal screenings/talks with the Chiropractor (out of hours)
Learn specific communication strategies
Remain discreet and uphold the privacy and confidentiality of patients/ colleagues
Consistently monitor all consumable stock levels and proactively place scheduled reorders
Keeping the clinic clean and tidy
Proactively manage and maintain a positive, healthy atmosphere within the clinic
Regularly attend staff training/meetings
Flexibility is required to assist with covering staff holidays and sickness

Qualifications/Skills required:
To be able to read, speak and write fluently in English
Excellent IT skills
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Proficient in numerical skills
Excellent communication skills
