Job Summary

We are seeking a

Chocolatier

to join our production department in the Kitchen. Every day is different at Audrey's, we make all kinds of chocolate across a large range of flavours, depending on the season. All our chocolate is handmade at a manufacturing pace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, alongside the rest of the time, working through orders and producing a range of different chocolates via moulding chocolate.

Only candidates with kitchen experience, specifically pastry chef experience, will be considered

Duties

- Meeting production quotas.

- Making batches of chocolate based products.

- Maintaining a safe food environment.

Experience

- Previous experience working with chocolate is desired but not necessary.

- Experience working in a kitchen specifically pastry chef experience is a requirement.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
