HGV DRIVER CLASS 1 (C+E) FULL TIME - PERMANENT
ADR licence welcomed
Monday - Friday (weekends available)
At least 2 years driving experience on Class 1, > 26 years, no more than 3 points.
Communicative knowledge of English required.
Work description - trailer swap from Harwich - curtains / fridges
Base - A12 ESSO station - Capel St Mary

Summary
Tramping, but very often you will park up in the yard because of secure parking. Parking at the services or in a secure location. Strictly by the rules - you'll never be pushed by the planners or me. Communication is mostly via WhatsApp.
My driver has been with me since I started the transport in 2020. Now I have an opportunity to put the second truck on the road. Small and very friendly collective. I am also a driver with more than 32 years of experience, so I understand what a driver needs to work happily.
Responsibilities
Operate Class 1 HGV vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Deliver goods to various locations, maintaining a high standard of customer service. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues. Load and unload, and secure cargo, while adhering to safety protocols. Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage, and communicate effectively with dispatch.

Pay: 50,764.00 per year
