Overview



TTC Group is looking to expand our panel of professional road safety trainers. We deliver Police referred National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) courses to over 750,000 drivers each year, and we are actively recruiting now for new trainers to join our panel throughout:


Plymouth & surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities




Deliver NDORS - primarily NSAC (National Speed Awaress Course) in-person (selected Venues). Provide engaging and interactive training to a wide range of participants in accordance with NDORS standards. Maintain professional standards and comply with all NDORS course delivery requirements and specifications.

Comprehensive Trainer Development

: We support each candidate through the NDORS accreditation process and provide all core capabilities to deliver the current suite of NDORS road safety training courses.

Requirements




Must meet the NDORS person specification Hold (or be willing to undertake) an

Enhanced DBS check

every 12 months Have

Public Liability/Professional Indemnity Insurance

(or be willing to obtain this). Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants. Provide IT equipment suitable to host the courses online. See minimum system requirements here.
