The Role
This is a hands-on, front-line leadership role. You will be responsible for coaching
sales advisers to higher performance, driving daily activity, improving conversion,
and building a winning sales culture.
This is not a classroom trainer role. This is for someone who thrives on numbers,
performance, and raising standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coach advisers 1-to-1 and in groups to improve sales performance
Run daily and weekly performance reviews and accountability sessions
Analyse KPIs (dials, talk time, appointments, conversion, revenue) and take action
Conduct call listening, feedback, and structured coaching
Support onboarding and ramp-up of new advisers
Drive daily standards around activity, professionalism, and attitude
Work closely with senior leadership to hit aggressive growth targets
Identify underperformance early and implement performance improvement plans
What We're Looking For
Proven background in sales coaching, team leadership, or sales management
Strong commercial mindset -- you understand numbers and performance levers
Confident, direct communicator who can challenge and motivate
High standards and low tolerance for excuses
Experience in telesales, financial services, insurance, or contact centre
environments preferred
