Job Title: Cleaning Manger



Location: Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch



Contracted Hours: On average 42 per week



Salary: 39,000 per annum



This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

Purpose of the job: Manage and control cleaning team and schedules Effective rota planning Attend meetings if required Payroll sign off Main point of contact for cleaning operatives Carry out KPI and cleaning audits Chemical and consumable ordering Day to day management of standards

Experience/Skill Requirements- Essential:



Previous experience of dealing with large teams Good eye for detail Working in a fast paced environment Excellent communication
