Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 base salary + commission & benefits
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Client Account Manager / Sales Executive with experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) to join a dynamic and growing team. This role will focus on managing and expanding client relationships while driving sales within the SaaS sector.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, and helping to ensure customer success with our client's products. The Role

• Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and support.
• Understand client needs and align them with the right SaaS solutions, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client portfolio.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to existing clients to maximise revenue.
• Client Onboarding & Support:

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, working with the technical and customer support teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and product training to clients to ensure high adoption and usage.
• Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical teams, to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Track client activity and sales progress using CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and customer satisfaction.

The Person

• Proven Sales Experience - 2+ years of experience in sales or account management within the SaaS industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Client-Focused Approach - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of SaaS Solutions - Understanding of SaaS products and solutions, with the ability to explain technical features in a simple and compelling way.
• Problem Solving - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think strategically to meet client needs.
• CRM Proficiency - Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Target-Oriented - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Education - A degree or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with the [specific SaaS product or platform your client offers].
• Knowledge of the [relevant industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, education] market.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
