Working as one team to ensure our client journey is efficient whilst providing exceptional service for clients and suppliers. It involves responsibility and ownership of client tours to run consecutively, with many administrative duties whilst keeping customer service and the client experience at the heart of all we do.
Key Responsibilities
Be competent with our booking systems, ensuring they are always up to date for each client tour
Own the quote process for selected clients
Request ad hoc hotel space and negotiate preferred rates and payment/cancellation terms for selected clients
Fully research, source and book flight seats with applicable airlines and coach companies for selected clients
Source and book hotels, attractions, short sea crossings, train tickets, ensuring accurate details and dates are loaded against any relevant client tour
Investigate itineraries are possible during client quote stage e.g. Opening times, travel times etc.
Assessing and checking future client tours, to ensure that all tour/supplier deadlines are met and that all bookings are made and costed correctly
Have regular updates with suppliers and clients: sales updates / queries / minimise the cancellation of tours & maximise the loadings
Be part of the "24hr helpline" phone rota & assist with any client queries outside of working hours

This is a full-time role, initially based in our office in Larkfield, Kent. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
