We're looking for a Client Coordinator who's ready to make a real impact, someone who's not just great at customer service, but passionate about empowering people to live independently and with dignity.

What You'll Be Doing:



Be the vital link between clients, their families, care workers, and professionals like Social Workers, Nurses, GPs and stakeholders. Resolve client enquiries and care package changes swiftly and compassionately. Supporting our senior assessor with conducting client assessments and reviews in the community, helping shape care plans that reflect our values and empower independence. Take ownership of key elements of auditing, reporting and analysing service output Delivering hands on care (including personal care) when the need arises in an emergency situation, and take part in our 8-week on-call manager rota (office-based and paid hourly on top of salary).
