to join our close-knit team in High Wycombe. This is a key operational role, sitting at the heart of customer delivery, logistics planning, and stock coordination across both B2B and B2C orders.

The role
You will be responsible for:
Scheduling and coordinating
B2B and B2C installations and deliveries
of fitness equipment
Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, liaising directly to confirm delivery dates, site requirements, and installation logistics
Working closely with warehouse, sales, and support teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Overseeing
stock counts and availability
, particularly for large or complex orders
Managing
re-ordering and stock planning
to ensure continuity of supply
Maintaining accurate records using
Google Sheets and Excel
, including schedules, stock data, and order tracking
Ensuring a consistently high level of service for
premium and high-profile clients
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Is
highly organised, efficient, and detail-focused
Has experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, operations, or customer delivery (fitness, interiors, construction, luxury retail, or similar environments a plus)
Is confident liaising directly with customers and managing expectations professionally
Has a
strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Enjoys working as part of a
small, collaborative team
Lives within a
reasonable commuting distance of High Wycombe
Has recent experience working in an office-based operational or coordination role
