The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Client Relationship Manager

to join our growing team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with care homes and healthcare partners, and driving growth across all service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our client base and partnerships Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector Build and maintain relationships with care homes, healthcare providers, and commissioners Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align business goals Represent Therapies on Thames at networking events and industry meetings

Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management Background in healthcare or related sectors strongly preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organisational and strategic thinking abilities

Pay: 28,000.00-34,000.00 per year
