Essential Site Skills Ltd is an award-winning national training provider, supporting individuals and businesses across the construction, civils, health & safety, and wider workplace sectors. Due to continued growth, we're expanding our sales support function and are looking for a confident and proactive Client Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team.
The Role
As a Client Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and wider sales team succeed. You'll drive lead follow-up, manage client accounts, and keep our CRM system running smoothly.
This is not a cold-calling call centre job, it's a strategic support role that requires commercial awareness, strong initiative, and a genuine interest in client relationships and data-driven sales.
What You'll Do
Proactively engage with new, existing, and lapsed clients to maximise booking opportunities
Support BDMs by following up on leads and identifying new opportunities
Maintain and manage client records and activity within the CRM to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up
Monitor inbound enquiries and support effective allocation of accounts and leads
Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and client trends
Contribute to LinkedIn and social media engagement to help increase brand visibility
Provide cover for client accounts during periods of absence to maintain a high standard of service
What We're Looking For
1-2 years' experience in a sales, CRM, or outbound client service role
Confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing
Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
Experienced with CRM systems and comfortable working with data
Social media savvy - confident supporting LinkedIn content and engagement
Background in training, construction, or related sectors is desirable
