Client Services Manager (Marketing)
, you will manage key client relationships and support marketing initiatives that enhance service quality, customer retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their requirements are fully met
Coordinate tailored marketing and communication strategies for different client segments
Work with the technical and operations teams to align service delivery with marketing promises
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, particularly for client engagement and onboarding
Monitor client feedback and service KPIs, producing insights and improvement actions
Manage service-level agreements and ensure timely follow-ups across all active accounts
Liaise with senior leadership on client strategy, retention goals, and market positioning
Requirements & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a client-facing role such as Client Services, Operations Management, or Business Development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting or managing service-led marketing activity
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI), and project tracking software
Organised, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple client priorities
Background in banking, consultancy, security, or technical services is advantageous

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
