THE POSITION
This role is client-fronting, and plays a pivotal role in our business success; we therefore seek a very special person. You will have strong organisational, planning, prioritisation and administrative skills, and great attention to detail. You will take great pride in your work and will go that extra step to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
You will be acting as our 'front of house' and hence often be the first and most regular point of contact for clients and candidates. We are therefore looking for someone who is a naturally exceptional communicator, particularly on the telephone, and who is comfortable communicating with people at all levels up to global CEO. The role requires resilience and someone who is naturally bubbly, positive, outgoing, warm and of a compassionate disposition, who genuinely cares about solving problems and thinking ahead for others.
You will be highly articulate and personable, with above average Word, Excel & Powerpoint skills, as well as a great sense of humour and a personal wish to contribute to a progressive company who operate on strong values and team spirit. You will be working closely with the CEO within a team that focuses on providing the best possible service, and, who thrive on taking accountability for their own personal development within a supportive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in support of consultants with their diary management, ensuring that they are prepared for all the meetings they will attend and that their day allows time for all their activities including outbound telephone calls and travel time etc.
Liaison with clients and candidates in relation to all operations encompassing meetings and schedules on a global basis
Supporting senior consultants with administrative and management needs throughout the whole search process
Accountable for all foreign travel arrangements for consultants and candidates, managing flights, hotel reservations, appointment schedules for travel, travel budget with clients
Creating executive level reports for C-level clients by sourcing, collating and presenting information to an outstanding standard
Preparing candidate CVs
Assisting with personal assistance to CEO - for example arranging personal appointments, shopping, managing deliveries
Acting as the central point of contact in the office for facilities eg manage stationary orders and liaise with cleaners
Ensuring all documentation is prepared in line with project deadlines
Ensuring all communication sent from the team is clear and concise, that all meetings are confirmed, and written material is prepared in a professional and timely manner
Responsible for running multiple projects at one time ensuring the process is smooth and efficient
Continuously seeking and reviewing ways and means to improve the service provided to clients, candidates and our own consultants and team
CORE SKILLS REQUIRED:
