From in-person to virtual events, our global portfolio includes 40 events per month, and our Signature Summits are scaling fast -- from 3 events in 2024 to 8 in 2025 and 10 already planned for 2026.

The Role



We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Events & Client Success Executive to join our growing team during an exciting period of expansion.

This role is a blend of client relationship management, event operations, and onsite support -- ideal for someone who's excited by events, enjoys building meaningful connections, and wants to work within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our attendees and clients experience the best experience and journey pre, during and post event.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the dedicated point of contact for attendees across multiple events. Guide attendees through onboarding, event prep, onsite experience, and post-event follow-up. Support event logistics, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, scheduling, and admin tasks. Attend and support the delivery of global events (UK, Europe, and North America). Maintain CRM systems and internal tracking documents to support smooth client operations. Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve event quality and client satisfaction. Collaborate across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Content, Tech, and Ops) to ensure seamless execution. Represent ABM Alliance as a brand ambassador at all events.

About You



Previous experience in administrative, customer-facing, or client success roles is preferred. A confident and natural communicator -- written and verbal. Comfortable liaising with senior professionals and high-level stakeholders. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. A team player who thrives in high-energy, collaborative environments. Strong working knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft 365. Passionate about events, client experience, and building long-term relationships. Ready to travel for events (UK and international) and comfortable with in-person working.
