Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Client Enablement is a new function sitting within the broader FIC Chief Operating Office (COO) Group and plays a key role in driving the strategic revenue and growth initiatives of the Institutional Client Group. Specifically, it aims to deliver a seamless and competitive client experience when getting counterparties good to trade and then dealing with Deutsche Bank; and innovative client relationship management tooling that facilitates effective and profitable client coverage with considered allocation of resource.

You will perform a client-facing role covering a number of the Institutional Client Group\xe2\x80\x99s (ICG) highest priority clients. You will be responsible for managing their funds onboarding pipeline with them proactively; organising and coordinating functional inputs to the internal process (across Credit, Legal, Onboarding Case Management & others) and face off directly to the key relationship managers in ICG.

Your key responsibilities
  • Day-to-day coverage of approximately 10 key ICG clients making sure that their funds onboarding and related needs are met efficiently; that they have full transparency on progress and issues, and you are their single point of contact and trusted advisor in the space
  • Partnering closely with Operational Client Relationship Management (OCRM) counterparts to ensure seamless operation health of the broader client relationship
  • Close partnership with all functions impacting the funds onboarding processes ensuring key resources are made available as required and all working shared and well-articulated priorities
  • Defining a target state that delivers a high quality, systematic and efficient client experience in funds onboarding
  • Supporting a change agenda and programme of work to deliver that target stat
Your skills and experience
  • Experience in building and managing business process with multiple stakeholders and inputters
  • Proven ability to see the big picture/end goal and define target state processes that are both client-centric and achieve internal efficiency and robust control
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking business areas (the products; clients and their motivations)
  • Collaborative and disciplined approach to problem-solving and work dynamically across multiple functions
  • Ideally have experience in client onboarding or similar roles (client facing ideal but not required)
