CLIMBING INSTRUCTOR at Vivary Golf & Adventure Centre

Part time and Seasonal positions at our High Ropes Adventure Course

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

The successful candidate will provide coaching in all aspects of the climbing programme. You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating customers of all ages and backgrounds in a safe climbing environment.

We need a climbing instructor who will...

Be responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of our climbing customers Ensure there is clear and appropriate communication with parents and carers of all children on our courses. Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, being enthusiastic and reliable Be punctual and have effective organisation and time management skills Maintain records and update paperwork relating to coached sessions Be able to work as part of a team and the ability to keep calm and focused during your shift Ideally be qualified Climbing Wall Instructor (CWI) or have relevant climbing experience, however full training will be provided for those that are not qualified.

Interviews will take place on 21st January 2026.

Successful Candidates Must Be Available for 5/6 days training from 9th March 2026

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour
