An exciting opportunity to join our clinic in Manchester and our new hospital, Deansgate Hospital. You will be required to work between both sites. We are looking for a dynamic, organised individual to assist with our clinic booking and enquiry handling. You should be have experience in delivering excellent customer service and call handling in the cosmetic surgery or clinic sector. The clinic provides an extensive range of wellness and aesthetic treatments.The clinic is led by a consultant plastic surgeon.
Experience and Qualifications
Self Motivated with Excellent communication skills
Experience in call centre or telesales preferably in cosmetic surgery or aesthetics (At least 12 months)
Experience in computer skills, social media
Friendly and passionate about customer service and client care
Ability and passion to achieve targets
Team player
Duties of the Role
Delivering a safe, effective and caring experience to our patients
Managing and ensuring an excellent patient journey
Dealing with patient enquiries and booking appointments
Monitoring patient leads and ensuring conversions
Assisting in clinic administration
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
