The Role
We are seeking a
friendly, highly organised Clinic Co-ordinator
to be the first point of contact for patients attending our audiology and podiatry services. Based at our Ballymena clinic, you will play a key role in managing bookings, handling inbound calls from multiple clinic locations, and supporting a smooth patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check-in patients for both
audiology and podiatry
appointments.
Answer incoming calls and emails for
multiple clinic locations
in a friendly and efficient manner.
Book and manage appointments
through our centralised
CRM system
.
Liaise with audiologists and podiatrists to coordinate daily clinic flow.
Provide general reception duties including:
Updating patient records.
Handling appointment enquiries.
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
What We're Looking For
A warm, professional manner with excellent
people skills

Proven
organisational skills
and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and CRM/booking systems (training provided).
Able to manage multiple priorities and keep calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a healthcare or reception environment is ideal, but not essential if you're quick to learn and customer-focused.

Working Hours
Our clinic is currently open
Monday to Saturday
. Ideally, we are looking for a
full-time team member (Monday to Friday)
. However, as we operate six days a week, we would also consider
part-time support
--particularly for
Saturdays or to help cover holidays and other staff absences
. While the position is primarily full-time, we're open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate.
