to deliver 5-star service while driving treatment sales and client loyalty.

The Role:

This dynamic position combines front-of-house professionalism with confident sales strategy. You'll be the first impression and the lasting connection -- ensuring every client's experience is seamless, luxurious, and personalised.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Manage appointment scheduling, treatment flow, and daily operations Conduct in-clinic consultations and confidently recommend tailored treatment plans Convert enquiries into bookings and build lasting client relationships Support marketing initiatives, events, and social media promotions Maintain a pristine, on-brand clinic space and uphold all compliance standards Use your knowledge of skincare and advanced aesthetics to drive sales and upsell treatments/products
What We're Looking For:

Experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality Proven sales ability and confidence in hitting KPIs or revenue goals Elegant communicator with a warm, proactive attitude Organised multitasker with a meticulous eye for detail Confident with booking software, CRMs, and general admin tools Enthusiastic about beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best
