We are hiring a Clinic co-ordinator to help our busy aesthetics clinic continue growing.

Salary Stated is Full-Time Salary..... Part-Time Salary pro-rated dependent on number of days worked*

Working in tandem with our clinic strategist and clinical director/owner, responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and ensuring they are made to feel welcome, dealing with their enquiries in a professional and courteous way
Ensuring a five star patient experience at all times and developing a professional rapport with all patients

Politely responding to patient enquiries across phone, email, text/WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business

Managing the clinic diary for four busy practitioners
Managing professional and retail stock levels utilising our clinic system (Pabau)
Assisting in successfully rolling out in-house promotions and events and marketing the clinic through social media and local advertising, with a heavy focus on Instagram marketing
Other various administrative tasks such as keeping the clinic tidy, packaging and posting retail orders, and ad hoc admin duties

. Planning and co-ordinating clinic events

Hours:

Part-Time - 3 days per week 9am-5pm (Unfortunately due to clinic role no flexible working hours)

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
An interest in skincare and the beauty/aesthetics industries
Good level of general education, including numeracy, English, and IT
Writing skills including a strong grasp of spelling and grammar
IT skills and general comfort with various computer programs and software
Honest, discreet, reliable, and professional at all times
Excellent communication skills and able to contribute ideas

Due to the location of the clinic, having own transport is key

Salary & Benefits

Equivalent Full-Time salary 23,000.00-28,000.00 per year Plus discretionary bonus. (Part-Time hours Pro-rated)
