We provide an online platform in connecting top psychiatrists with adult patients who require diagnosis and treatment for ADHD.
Our main objective is to create a convenient and quick diagnosis for adults who think they may have ADHD.
About the role
We are looking for a manager who is registered with the Care Quality Commission body (CQC) who is located in the London. The role is a fantastic opportunity to bring your experience as a CQC registered manager to a new business that can offer a healthy work-life balance on a part time basis.
However with the growth of the business, you will have the opportunity to grow within the business and expand your knowledge to many more psychiatrists with the demand for ADHD diagnosis in adult patients.
This role consist of the following duties:
Ensuring policies, procedures and approved practices are applied by promoting company objectives and values by carrying out internal audits
Calling our patients that are have received the diagnose, ask them about the service how they found it , get reviews from them, ask if they need any other help, and also how they diagnose went
Make sure we the consultants we hire have update to DBS, the practising licence and qualifications
Communicate with our sales staff who will update you on new patients and patients that are going care
Weekly meeting to catch up on the work load and anything you want to add or change with directors
The ideal candidate must have the following:
At least one year experience as a CQC registered manager
Have a level 5 diploma in leadership and management in adult care
Have permanent residency in the UK
Fluent in English, well spoken and articulate
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident, dynamic and hardworking with an outgoing personality
Target driven and highly motivated
PC literate
The hourly rate will be maintained as business grows, where you will also have the option to work more hours with the general success of the business.
The hours are flexible and therefore you can choose a day during the week (Monday - Friday).
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
