About Us
We are a forward-thinking service specialising in Autism and Learning Disabilities for young adults. Our service is designed to bridge the gap between children's services and adults services with our age range 17-25 providing tailored support for young adults as they transition into adulthood.
At the heart of our approach is a commitment to empowering young people to develop daily living skills, confidence, and a sense of self identity. Our services are CQC registered, this is an exciting time to join as the Registered Manager and shape its future success as we are yet to have an inspection. We expect the successful candidate to Register as Manager for more than one location and directly line manage a Deputy Manager to support with oversight.
Role Overview:
As our CQC Registered Manager, you will lead this transformative service, fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where young Adults with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities can flourish. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping the people we support achieve positive outcomes and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Build and guide a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional care tailored to our young adults each with their own unique support needs.
Service Development:
Play a key role in establishing and developing the service during its critical registration phase.
Compliance Excellence:
Ensure the service meets and exceeds all CQC standards, aiming for amazing outcomes from the start.
Person Centred Care:
Develop and implement creative strategies to engage and empower young Adults, fostering independence and growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare providers, educational institutions, families, and local authorities to create a holistic support network for residents.
Requirements:
A skilled leader with experience managing CQC-registered services, specifically ASD and LD services.
A strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in supporting young people with complex behavioural needs.
A passion for person-focused care and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to service development.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and a drive to achieve and maintain Good and outstanding ratings.
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Qualifications:
Level 5 Health and social care or equivalent qualification

40,000-45,000 Annually (dependant on experience)
Working Location:
Walsall and West Bromwich
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm / 8.00am-4.00pm
