Swiss Aesthetics is a leading name in North London's beauty and aesthetics industry, offering treatments ranging from beauty and laser hair removal to advanced aesthetics. With rapid growth over the past few years, we now operate across four branches in London.

We are seeking a

Clinic Manager

for our Palmers Green branch - a driven, ambitious, and personal professional with a passion for leadership, team development, and sales. Ideally, you will have prior managerial experience in the aesthetics industry.

What We're Looking For:

At least

2 years of managerial experience

in a fast-paced environment. Background in

beauty/aesthetics

. Strong

time management

and organisational skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Word

,

Excel

, and ICT skills Knowledge of Phorest software A team player who is

sales-driven

and confident in voicing ideas for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of 10 employees. Maintain a

five-star customer experience

across all areas. Drive sales and maximize business profitability. Oversee staff targets and provide coaching as needed. Manage stock levels (professional and retail). Prepare management reports and coordinate staff rotas. Plan and execute marketing initiatives, events and promotions. Ensure all procedures are followed according to company standards. Handle customer complaints with professionalism.
