We are seeking an experienced
Clinic Manager
to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team at our newly established clinic in Turnham Green, London.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage a team of therapists, coordinating treatments and ensuring seamless client journeys.
Take full charge of clinic operations, administration, compliance, and service quality.
Drive revenue growth by overseeing services, packages, and client engagement.
Support the development and integration of therapy options, lifestyle programmes, and health screening.
Lead day-to-day operations to maintain a high standard of care and client satisfaction.
Requirements
A degree or professional qualification in healthcare, health sciences, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or related disciplines.
Minimum
3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
in a clinic, healthcare, or wellness setting.
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Relevant affiliations or memberships in professional healthcare/therapy bodies (preferred).
Energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to an innovative healthcare model.
