Clinic Manager

to lead our experienced team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship location.

The Role

As our

Clinic Manager

, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-end experience to our discerning clientele while ensuring the smooth and profitable running of the clinic. You will lead from the front -- motivating your team, optimising operations, and maintaining the highest clinical and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across front-of-house, clinical, and treatment areas Ensure an exceptional patient journey at every touchpoint -- from consultation to follow-up Oversee diary management, clinic flow, chair time optimisation, and resource planning Drive financial performance by achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets Manage team recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and day-to-day support Maintain supplier relationships and manage procurement, stock levels, and budgets Support regulatory and governance compliance, including CQC standards and health & safety Implement process improvements that elevate service quality and operational efficiency Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism

About You

You are an organised, results-driven leader with a passion for aesthetics and wellness. You know how to inspire a team, delight clients, and juggle the demands of a luxury clinic environment.

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and composed under pressure Customer-focused, with a strong appreciation for discretion and service excellence Commercially aware, with a track record of hitting targets and improving profitability A skilled communicator who can build rapport with both clients and colleagues Familiar with clinical environments and CQC standards (experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare is preferred)

Desirable Experience

Prior experience managing a medical aesthetics clinic, spa, or private healthcare setting Understanding of booking systems, patient management software, and financial reporting Knowledge of relevant regulations including GDPR, KLoE, and CQC compliance
