Your Role

As Clinic Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting a talented team of dentists, hygienists, nurses, and receptionists to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing, engaged team Oversee compliance, scheduling, and smooth daily operations Manage P&L, track KPIs, and support local marketing initiatives Maintain excellent patient care and safety standards

About You

At least two years' management experience in dentistry or a similar healthcare setting Experience managing NHS contracts (advantageous, though small list) Confident in P&L and KPI management Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills Proactive, adaptable, and supportive, with a natural ability to bring out the best in others
