About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader passionate about patient care and operational excellence. You will manage a team of nurses and support staff, ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and drive quality improvement initiatives across the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the dialysis clinic
Ensure a seamless, patient-focused experience and welcoming environment
Liaise with external partners such as NHS Trusts and the CQC (with Regional Manager support)
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
Oversee onboarding, training, and development of staff
Build strong, supportive relationships with patients and address issues professionally
Ensure compliance with all clinical, governance, and regulatory standards, including KLoE
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting and documentation
About You
You will have:
CQC Manager registration, or willingness to obtain
Full NMC registration with relevant nursing qualifications
Proven clinical leadership experience in haemodialysis or renal care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, professional approach
Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style
Proactive, solution-focused approach in clinical environments
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks
Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD), ideally within renal care
