Clinic Receptionist

The Role
As our Clinic Receptionist, you are the face of our practice. You won't just be "sitting at a desk"--you will be managing the flow of the day, ensuring our front of house area is inviting, and acting as a concierge for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
The Warmest Welcome:
Greet every patient with a genuine smile, managing the check-in/out process with grace and efficiency.
Retail & Wellness Management:
Curate and manage our front-of-house oral care retail section, offering product advice (on electric brushes, whitening kits, etc.) to enhance patient home care.
The "Concierge" Experience:
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups, ensuring the schedule runs like clockwork while keeping patients informed and comfortable.
Patient Advocacy:
Calm the nerves of anxious patients and clearly explain treatment plans or financing options with transparency and empathy.
Aesthetic Excellence:
Maintain a "five-star hotel" standard for the reception and waiting lounge areas.
