Introduction:
Recruit by Nature are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager for a reputable nursing home in Cardiff. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a compassionate care team within a supportive environment, ensuring excellent standards of elderly and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in managing daily clinical operations and staff supervision. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal policies across the service. Support the delivery of person-centred care through mentoring and leading nursing teams. Ensure effective medication management and care plan reviews are undertaken regularly. Promote high clinical standards, safety, and resident well-being at all times.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Experience in senior nursing or deputy management within elderly or dementia care settings. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance practices.
