Join a reputable and purpose-built nursing home (private healthcare) in Halifax as a Clinical Deputy Manager, where your leadership will support delivering exceptional residential and dementia care. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the nursing and care teams to uphold high-quality clinical standards. Oversee care planning, medication management, and conduct clinical audits. Assist the Home Manager with compliance, safeguarding, and staff development initiatives. Maintain a clinical presence on shift, ensuring the delivery of compassionate care.
Requirements:
Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN). Experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse in a care home setting. Understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Pay & Benefits:
Salary of 23.00 - 25.00 per hour. Paid NMC fees and revalidation support. Training, career progression, staff wellbeing programmes. * Additional benefits including free parking, uniform, and meals.
