About the Role:

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents. This is a hands-on leadership role combining both

clinical duties

and

supernumerary responsibilities

, with flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC standards Oversee care planning and risk assessments to ensure individualised, person-centred care Mentor and support the professional development of staff Support with audits, quality improvement initiatives, and policy implementation

About You:

A valid

NMC PIN

is essential Previous experience as a

Clinical Lead Nurse

or in a similar leadership role within a nursing home environment is preferred Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care regulations Excellent communication, organisation, and team management skills A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
