. In this leadership role, you'll support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding clinical care while overseeing the day-to-day management of the care team. This is a full-time role consisting of both
clinical
and
supernumerary shifts
, with
occasional weekend availability

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents
Support the Home Manager with the daily running of the home
Lead, mentor, and support the care and nursing team
Conduct assessments, create care plans, and monitor care delivery
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies
Assist with audits, medication management, and incident reporting
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC PIN
Proven experience in a senior nursing or deputy management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Good understanding of regulatory and safeguarding standards
